Substance Abuse Assessment and Treatment

This course will gain further understanding of substance abuse and dependence, assessment and treatment interventions. Emphasis is on assessment, diagnostics, and treatment of substance use disorders. Students will also gain further understanding of levels of care, community-based sober support, referrals and family system interventions.
