Financial Aid Electronic Forms

If you are considered a dependent student per your FAFSA, a parent must also sign form.

Be sure to select forms for the correct school year.

2023-24 School Year.  Electronic forms are submitted through Adobe Sign.  Choose the correct link below.  The agreement will open and by clicking continue, you agree to Adobe’s terms and conditions.  Fill in all required fields.  Adobe will alert you if you miss a required field.  Once fully completed, select “Click here to sign”.  Type or draw your signature and click “apply.” Enter a valid email address that will be used to verify your signature. You will then receive an email from Adobe Sign to confirm your email and signature. 

If a parent signature is required, you must enter parent email addresses for required document signatories. These emails must be different from your email.  If two parents are required, each parent will need their own unique email address.  They will then receive an email to sign and confirm their signature.

Once all signatures have been gathered and confirmed, you will receive an email from Northwood Technical College stating the agreement has been signed and submitted.  Northwood Tech now has the agreement and will process accordingly. No need to send us a completed agreement.
