If you have military experience, you may be eligible to receive college credit toward your degree. Northwood Tech reviews military transcripts and awards credit based on recommendations from the American Council on Education. You can contact Jami Koivisto via email or call 715-752-8475, for a preliminary evaluation of your transfer credits before you even apply to Northwood Tech.

Army, Marine Corps, Coast Guard - Joint Services Transcript (JST)
Joint Services Transcript (JST) is part of an automated transcript system that combines Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard detailed personal service member data, military course completions with descriptions, military experience and other learning experiences. The transcript also includes college-level test score data for exams such as CLEP, DSST, and DLPT.

Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO)
The Department of Defense established the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program to provide education and career guidance to military spouses worldwide, offering comprehensive resources and tools related to career exploration, education, training and licensing, employment readiness and career connections.
