Typical positions available after graduation include:

Phlebotomist

Phlebotomists draw blood for tests, transfusions, research or blood donations. Some explain their work to patients and provide assistance when patients have adverse reactions after their blood is drawn. They may work in clinical laboratories, emergency room services, extended care facilities, insurance companies, nursing homes and outpatient services. 

Upon completion of the certificate, typical settings for employment include:
