The Office Technology Assistant program provides short-term training to prepare you to be successful in a variety of industries: health, education, business, for-profit, non-profit, industry, and more. You will develop your software/hardware knowledge, administrative/organizational skills, and interpersonal communications in order to provide top-notch office support in your organization. 

Program Overview

The Office Technology Assistant diploma prepares you for employment in positions such as customer service representative, receptionist or office assistant. You’ll be knowledgeable in various computer applications, general office procedures and bookkeeping skills necessary to work in today’s business environment.

Program Outcomes

Office Technology Assistant graduates will be able to:

Acquire the skills to create professional communications and prepare a variety of business documents using MS Office Suite with an emphasis on word processing, spreadsheet creation, and email to provide administrative support for any organization. Take your classes in a variety of options including Online, Your Choice or in a traditional classroom.  Start the program in August or January, mid-semester or in the summer—you decide.
