IACP First-Line Leadership (FLL) Training Course (FREE)

Join the Rice Lake Police Department hosted in partnership with Northwood Technical College for delivery of the IACP First-Line Leadership (FLL) training. This FREE course is intended for newly promoted and aspiring first-line supervisors and is designed to provide attendees with a foundational understanding of proven and actionable leadership strategies, concepts, and skills, while presenting effective opportunities for peer learning and networking. The onsite delivery of this course occurs over three days and focuses on the three key elements of leadership – the leader, the follower, and situation.
