Biography

Rachael worked as a nurse for just over 10 years when she decided to make a career change. She wanted to do something that allowed her to use her nursing skills and knowledge that still made a difference in other's lives. She found that what she enjoyed most about working as a nurse was the education aspect. She enjoyed educating patients on the prevention measures to stay healthy, correct medication usage and ensuring that patients understood their diagnosis. 

Rachael's teaching philosophy is that all students are unique and need a learning environment that can stimulate physical, mental, emotional and social growth. She strives to create an environment where students can reach their full potential.
