Biography

I received my Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science and Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin. I was recently awarded a Doctorate in Clinical Laboratory Science from UTMB in Galveston, Texas. I have worked within the laboratory profession for more than 25 years and have served as a supervisor, manager, director, and owner of laboratories in Wisconsin and Minnesota. In addition to my role as the Northwood Technical College Program Director for the Medical Laboratory Technician program in New Richmond, I also serve as a Laboratory Director for a regional hospital in rural Wisconsin. 

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, backpacking, hiking, motorcycling, snowmobiling, and anything automotive.
