Biography

Tara Hakes has worked in the early childhood field for 11 years, including parent and provider education at a county child care resource and referral. She also has experience working with family medicine, pediatrics, OB, general surgery and podiatry. These career experiences have provided Tara with a well-rounded knowledge base and allows her to teach using real-life experiences to enhance the learning environment.

In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and family, redecorating and watching Lifetime Movie Network.
