Biography
Mark Langenfeld has worked in the human services field most of his adult life in various clinical settings. In the classroom, he draws from those experiences to provide real-life examples to his students of how psychology can be put into practice.
Mark’s main goal as an instructor is to help students reach their full potential by providing integrated views on topics and promoting an enthusiasm for lifelong learning. He utilizes a multifaceted approach to teaching to accommodate the student’s unique learning style. Knowledge, skills, ethical values and respect for multiculturalism are woven into the lectures and coursework.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys hiking; volunteering at the local soup kitchens; public speaking on psychological issues, including learning disabilities; jogging and juggling (but not at the same time).
