Biography
I am program director for the Business Management and Customer Service Manager credentials. My areas of instruction include customer service management, economics, graphic design, management, marketing, and nonprofit leadership. I have more than 12 years of experience in the marketing and management field including management positions in human resources, marketing, operations, and procurement.
In addition to teaching, I have served as an assessment of student learning facilitator since 1999. In this role, I lead professional development activities at the local and national levels. My areas of specific interest include institutional, authentic, and learning outcome-based assessment strategies.
The college is home to a cable television station. My role there includes managing operations and creating content. This provides an effective conduit to my volunteer work with nonprofit organizations. Outside of work, I enjoy home improvement projects, performing music, and travel.
