Biography
After graduating from Northwood Tech’s HVAC/R program, Shane Kramlich worked for multiple HVAC/R companies over the years and has taught HVAC/R classes to inmates through the Department of Corrections. These experiences have provided Shane with industry skills and insight into how to present complex topics in a functional way that every student can readily grasp. He aims to meet every student’s unique learning style so that every student can be successful in the program. For Shane, teaching is an honor and a privilege. He hopes the knowledge he passes on will make a lasting impact on his student's lives.
Shane has first-hand experience going through Northwood Tech’s HVAC/R program. According to him, Northwood Tech possesses one of the top HVAC/R training facilities in the nation, citing only five facilities of this caliber nationwide.
In his spare time, Shane enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping, agate picking and combing the beaches of Lake Superior.
