Biography

Providing a fundamental, yet in-demand skill to Northwood Tech students, Tim McRaith believes that everyone has the ability to become a strong communicator with the help of a quality education and regular practice. Whether it be in writing or speaking, Tim says solid communication skills can help every person achieve their personal and professional goals.

Tim brings a diverse work history to his communications courses. With a working history in industries ranging from manufacturing to agriculture to business, his experience helps him relate to the wide variety of students that come to Northwood Tech. McRaith enjoys working with this diverse population of students and feels his teaching profession provides him with a fulfilling purpose knowing that his end goal every day is student success.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family and working on projects.
